抽象写真 / abstract photo

今またデジタルカメラ写真のクラスを取っています。同じスクールで何度かとっていますが、今回のインストラクターは初めて。それぞれ個性があるので違う視点で面白いです。このクラスは、毎回宿題が出て、クラスでそれをEditing(編集・・・じゃなくて、撮った写真の中から良いものを選ぶ作業をいいます）し、Processing（これが編集。ライトルーム使ってます）します。ライトルームでの編集については、やり過ぎないで、効果的に使うことが目的。そのアドバイスをもらいます。

２回目のクラスへの宿題は「抽象的な写真」。抽象的な写真は好きなので良いテーマでしたが、いつもは良いと思う写真を撮った結果、抽象的な写真が多い、というのがパターン。最初から「抽象的な写真を撮るぞ」と思って撮るのはいつもと勝手が違うというか。簡単ではなかったです。この写真はその時に撮ったもの。どうしても光や影の作るパターンに惹かれます。そしてそれとレンガの組み合わせが好きなパターンの一つ。

I'm taking a digital photography class now. I've taken similar classes before in the same art school, but it's my first time to take this instructor's class. Each instructor has a different characteristic and point of view for the photography, it is interesting. The instructor gives us an assignment for the next class. We shoot photos based on the theme and bring them to the class. In the class, we edit them and process them with Lightroom with his advise. I don't like manipulate the photos too much with Lightroom or Photoshop, but he is advising us how to use it effectively, not to create totally different thing.. So, it's good.

The assignment for 2nd class was "abstract", which I like, but I realized it was not easy to take abstract photos when I tried to do. I usually take photos because I like the scene or object, composition and end up with abstract photo. The approach is different... These 3 photos are kinda typical for me.... abstract created by light and shadow. I really like them with red bricks.
